New owners but bringing back old upper management staff that didn't want to be here the first place shame so much potential hopefully it changes and fresh upper management is employed to give it the chance to become a great establishment

Staff were friendly and helpful, room is new/clean and good visual/audio system, and there was a third standing mic which was cool. Chinese/English song selection is great. Price is reasonable and will definitely be back, BYO charges apply.

We were here on a Tuesday night. It was a friend's birthday. We were all excited to sing karaoke. The rooms look fancy, we paid $50 for a n hour for our group which seemed like a good price for an hour.We went to choose songs in English, we couldn't find any songs that we wanted to sing. Some of them didn't event have lyrics, for example Black Hole Son by Soundgarden.Within 40 minutes, we had someone come in and say you'll need to pay for another hour and it was $60. It was very pushy and we were still trying to figure out the system. One of mics had previously died, we did get that fixed.The other thing to note, there is no alcohol permitted on the premises so we had to BYO, but they were gonna charge us $5 per beer as corkage fee for beers we already purchased.We asked for the manager and the manager was no where to be seen.It was honestly an awful experience and if you want to have a good time, I would avoid this place.I will never go back, there are much better places in the city with machines that are easy to use and alcoholic beverages that are available to buy.Don't waste your time with the high fee and amatuer playlists.

Foods good, beers cold. Friendly service.Took exactly fourteen minutes for our food to arrive.We ordered the Djoorolup steak sandwich to try out their submission for the WA’s Best Steak Sandwich Awards.It was great. We couldn’t fault it - even though I hate rocket, I really enjoyed everything together. The Turkish bread was light and fluffy, not too thick. The filling was perfect. I tried a piece of the steak on its own and even that was a perfect bite. The flavours used were delicious.Don’t be tempted to start with the chips, even though they’re great. This sandwich is a mammoth and will leave you very full and satisfied.

Great venue, first time visit. Watched a mate's band play. Recommend for a local vibe.

Nice place to bring kids and the whole family. Several games and activities for everyone. Rooms can be rented for special occasions or parties. The kids had fun playing bowling. Food was also good.

Very impressed with this place. Staff were helpful and friendly.There was a great selection of songs to choose from and our party of 15 loved it! We had a very clean, pleasant room which was the perfect size for our party, and we liked the lighting and screens.This place had a good vibe and we’d definitely go again. A great experience.

We had a slight hiccup (our fault) with our booking of 15 yesterday and the manager was a rock star and fixed everything and even gave us extra games. My niece had the most amazing 16th with her friends. Thank you so much to the manager (sorry I didn’t get your name but wearing maroon) and also special mentions to buzz light year, the beautiful young lady in orange and the flamingo. I would happily hire any one of you anywhere!Thank you for making her day perfect!
